So what does this mean' Well many do not understand the implications of not having consistent brand or believe that brand is reserved for large corporations and not a major marketing factor for a small & medium enterprises (SME) including one-man online operations, and not-for-profit organizations. In a nutshell - the difference between consist sales, return customers and viral marketing - "word or mouth"!
