So lets run through the steps to get this done.

Step 1:

Discover the wants/needs/problems/desires of your niche and create an information product to fill that area. You’ll also want to put up a website.

Step 2:

Discover who the biggest players are in that niche and get them to contribute to the project. Call them on the phone and explain the many benefits, which are:

2. The ability to massively grow their customer list thanks to the actions of the other contributors.

Step 3:

Combine the stuff from your contributors into a single product and update the website sales letter so that it talks about the contributors additions and features pictures/biographical information on each of the contributors (including you).

Step 4:

Let your contributors know they can begin selling! If you’re smart, and this whole thing was put together as an information product, you can even use ClickBank (http://www.clickbank.com) to take care of paying your contributors so that you don’t have payment processing, or paying your contributors, or any of that to worry about at all. ClickBank handles all of it so you can just collect the income from all that work everyone else is doing for you.
